If there are any issues with verification in any way, the property reserves the right to cancel the booking.
There is a security deposit of GBP 250 which can be charged from when the property is booked. The card used to pay for the damage deposit must be the same as the card used to pay for the booking. Before / upon check-in, guests are required to show their official photo identification, such as a drivers' licence or passport, and the card used to secure the booking. The name and address must correspond to the original details provided at the time of booking, and on the credit/debit card provided. If the card used for payment is not that of the guest who booked or on the reservation, valid photo identification verifying the name and address on the reservation must be supplied that corresponds to the payment card supplied.
Only the number of guests specified in the booking can enter / access the apartment. Any additional guest must be pre-approved before arrival. If it is found that additional guests are at the property without prior consent, you will be asked to leave without any refunds.

華語流行音樂天王王力宏今（15）日發片了！他帶著籌備兩年的新專輯《A.I. 愛》與粉絲見面，首次以特別的迷你專輯發行方式，共分為四階段接力數位上架，第一波迷你專輯《A.I. 愛：第一集》包括〈A.I. 愛〉與〈沒有眼淚的世界〉兩首新歌。
去年榮獲母校伯克利音樂學院及威廉姆斯大學頒發雙博士學位的音樂才子王力宏，連續四年獲邀參加私密性極高、集結微軟創辦人比爾.蓋茲、臉書創辦人馬克.札克伯等科技大佬的「太陽谷峰會」，因此有機會接觸到許多尚未發表的創新科技，讓他萌生《A.I. 愛》新專輯的概念，王力宏因此笑說：「我的創作多來自於生活，A.I.時代的來臨是我們這ㄧ代的故事！」
首波話題大作〈A.I. 愛〉MV，砸重金請來國際團隊在台北拍攝三天，王力宏親自編導、自演自剪，每個畫面都以電影規格要求來拍攝耗時三天。其中，MV中第一創舉，邀來國際最新科技研發製造的擬真機器人「Sophia」，飾演王力宏在MV中訂製的完美情人，與王力宏有不少親密對手戲，從初識、約會到結婚，由王力宏飾演的人類與機器人交織成的日常生活，讓粉絲ㄧ窺化身為完美男友的王力宏最生活化的一面，他也坦言第一次以擬真機器人拍攝：「難度很高！」
這也是Sophia首次與人類合作演對手戲，有趣的是，因劇情需求，王力宏需與機器人Sophia結婚，為了畫面逼真他特地向老婆李靚蕾借結婚戒指來拍攝，最後卻因Sophia擬真機器人手指太粗，尺寸不符戴不下而作罷，這也讓李靚蕾開玩笑大喊：「史上最大方的老婆～老公跟別人結婚老婆還聽話親自送上婚戒！」

除了Sophia擬真機器人相當搶眼外，MV中也出動UBTECH Roboalpha機器人舞團一起跳機械舞和地板動作，畫面充滿高科技的驚奇。〈A.I. 愛〉MV中還有兩大亮點，科技龍頭李開復客串演出，及超級好友林志穎義氣力挺千萬跑車陪伴拍攝。令人驚喜的是，王力宏跨界找來科技龍頭李開復友情客串，這也是李開復首次參與流行音樂的拍攝，他在〈A.I. 愛〉中客串了一名人工智能教授，與王力宏同樣身為科技迷的二人一拍即合，更稱李開復是「最支持創新創作的朋友」。
此外，王力宏與林志穎擁有極好私交，林志穎一口答應協助拍攝，〈A.I. 愛〉MV拍攝當天，林志穎開著要價千萬起跳的藍寶堅尼，還邀王力宏一同試乘幾千萬元的白色麥拉倫，親自示範甩尾特技，展現出專業賽車手的架勢，帥度破表。
